Finca El Noque has been restored with personal care and attention to detail. Whilst the house is available to rent it is also a very much loved family home. It is spacious, elegant and has everything you will need and desire. The pool area is probably one of the finest you will find, with a heated swimming pool and a gorgeous pergola with its own kitchen and dining area. It also has changing room supplied with good quality towels. It is a superb place to take a holiday where you can spend the maximum amount of time living outside. Sun-beds and hammocks, along with a good library of books are supplied. There is a long shaded terrace at the back of the house and a walled courtyard complete with the sound of running water from the two fountains at the front of the house. All of which sit in 7 acres of land complete with horse paddock.

The interior of the house is simple and graceful. It has appeared many times in interior design publications and has been appreciated by guests for its understated elegance. The ground floor has a large sitting room with comfortable furniture and dining capacity to seat twelve. The long gallery kitchen is very well equipped with a 6 ring hob, double oven, two fridge/freezers and two dishwashers. There is also a separate laundry room.

The Annexe, which has its own entrance, is a stylish self-contained apartment with double bedroom, sitting room, kitchen and bathroom fitted with shower. It includes a sofa bed and also has a private courtyard/garden.

Upstairs there are four delightful bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a fifth single bedroom. (Three of the rooms can be made up as either King sized double beds or separated to have two twin beds each). The master bedroom also has an open fir. Throughout the house there is under-floor heating if required. 

El Noque has a full-time housekeeper who lives off-site, to ensure that you have everything you need. Supper, lunch and breakfast can be provided as well as trips and excursions. Pick-ups and drop-offs to and from the airport can also be organised. The housekeeper is at your disposal but is entirely discreet and is only present at your request. The rental price includes maid service for three hours twice a week. Additional services are paid for locally. 

Accessibility to the house is good, Ronda is a 10 minute drive and Malaga, Seville and Jerez airports are 1 ½ hours away. There are local Bar/Restaurants nearby if you wish to sample the local cuisine and more sophisticated eateries in town. El Noque is an utterly charming property in which to spend a holiday whether site seeing or simply relaxing at the poolside and is highly recommended as a luxury destination.
