Set in the valley outside Ronda in fertile countryside, the Casa De Las Rosas has all the ambiance of a classic spanish cortijo. A large courtyard with orange trees, pots of geraniums and a fountain invites you into this private space of relaxation a sense of good living and peaceful existence. It offers spacious accommodation with well proportioned rooms and high ceilings. Built by a locally renownd architect, it fully exemplifies the culture of Andalucia and its Moorish hereitage.

Villa Details

INTERIOR

The house itself the air of a comfortable country property built for a family that appreciate the good things in life and all that the countryside has to offer. The sitting room is very large with an open fireplace at one end and a long dining table that seats twelve.  Three sofas face the open fire and large french windows open out onto thr rear terrace  covered in a well established wisteria. A flat screen television offers  access to streaming channels. A passageway at the back goes through to the kitchen which is also accessed from the main hallway. The kitchen itself has a Bauhaus influenced feel and has all the usual appliances including hob, oven  fridge/ freezer and dishwasher.

To the left of the hall are three of the bedrooms.Each one has twin beds placed together and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom has large french windows that open out onto the terrace. It also has a good quality sofa bed that can accommodate two extra children. From the kitchen passageway, a staircase takes you to the first floor where there is an additional ensuite bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are provided with fans.

 

EXTERIOR

The outsided spaces are an absolute delight. Depending on the time of day, you can dine either in the large  courtyard or on the long shaded terrace on the other side of the house.To the left of the courtyard is a comfortable outdoor sitting room with sofas and chairs through which a large iron gate takes you to the rose garden and then into the pool area. The  swimming pool is surrounded by lawns and measure 8 x 4 meters. Eight new sunbeds have just been aquired.The property has a total of two hectares of land.
