VILLA CASA ALEGRIA

Decorated by a talented interior designer this very special house offers a marvellous example of contemporary Spanish style. It is luxurious and modern and yet simultaneously comfortable and inviting. Bathroom fittings are of the latest design and excellent quality and all of the bedrooms are decorated in an individual style.

The villa is of a good standard and the general ambience is both welcoming and sophisticated. This is a private world with visual pleasure at every turn. Located in splendid countryside just a ten minute drive from Ronda with all its amenities. The airports of Malaga, Seville and Jerez are approximately 1 and a half hour drive.

Central Heating is installed throughout and included in the price. Firewood is also available at an additional cost.

Villa Details

HOUSE LAYOUT

An antique front door opens into the hall where there is a modern glass door leading into the sitting room. Wooden floors are laid throughout. The sitting/dining room is large and divided by the open fireplace. Light pours in through the large windows enhancing the subtle colour scheme. Comfortable sofas and chairs are arranged around the fireplace, with CD player. The dining table, seating six has leather chairs and tiny overhead filament lights that give a glow to the rattan surface of the table.

The kitchen is enclosed by the breakfast bar, which has two stools. It also has a table and chairs in the centre. Work surfaces are made from unusual granite with a bright yellow hue. Oven/grill, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine are all provided. Upstairs there is a further spacious sitting room with satellite television and DVD with some English language channels.

There are double beds in all three rooms with carefully selected fabrics. The bathroom in the principal bedroom has a bath with a shower attachment, bidet, lavatory and two basins with swivel mirrors. The second bathroom features the same arrangement but with a hydro-massage shower instead. The third bedroom has an en suite bathroom separately with a single basin, bidet, lavatory and hydro-massage shower.


OUTSIDE SPACE

The garden has plenty of lawns surrounded by high hedges with electric gates for privacy. Beyond the terrace the lawn is laid out in a striking chessboard design. The pool with wooden decking measures 9x5 metres and has a fully automatic filtration system and lighting for evening swims.

There is an excellent barbeque with the additional attraction of an authentic pizza oven adjacent to the pool. The covered outside terrace runs the length of the house providing both seating and dining areas in which to enjoy the warm Andalusian nights.
