HOUSE LAYOUT

The ground floor with its white beamed ceilings has a fresh and clean appearance thoughtfully laid out by its owners. The kitchen, dining room and sitting room are almost open plan but also retain their own individual space. It is unpretentiously but comfortably furnished with splashes of colour that resonate with the landscape around the house. The kitchen has been recently fitted and provides plenty of worksurface, hob, oven and breakfast table; whilst the large utility room adjacent to the kitchen has a fridge/freezer, microwave, additional sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. The house is well stocked with a toaster, coffee maker, wine glasses and so forth. The dining room seats six people comfortably. On the ground floor there is also a study where anyone can take the opportunity to work if they need to, or just have some downtime to read. It has a single bed in it with another that pulls out from underneath in case there are extra children. There is also snug sitting room with sofa, armchairs and a woodburner. Next to the rear entrance there is a small shower room.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms; one with a double bed,one with two singles and one that can be made up as a double or twin beds. There is plenty of cupboard space and all have reading lights. There is one large bathroom ensuite to the master double bedroom and a further shower room.All the bedrooms have effective ceiling fans or air conditioning.

OUTSIDE SPACE

The house is built in the traditional Andalucian farmhouse style with a large vine covered terrace in a south - facing direction. It has a longwooden table seating six plus an additional table with two chairs and two wooden sun longers. This is a delightful outdoor space for friends and family to gather together especially in the evening to share supper and watch the starry night. On the other side of the house there is another covered terrace more sunbeds and the swimming pool surrounded by a truly verdant lawn, roses and agapanthas. The pool area is gated for the safety of children and there is a stair gate in the house provided if needed. The house is not overlooked from anywhere else.
