HOUSE LAYOUT

At the ground floor of the house, you will find the sitting room with two sofas, a coffee table and TV. The dining room with a large table and 6 chairs is in the same space. Right next to that is the kitchen which has a 4 ring ceramic hob, a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. In a utility shed around the corner you’ll find an extra fridge and the washing machine.

The three bedrooms are upstairs. There is one double bedroom with a TV and two twin bedrooms. All rooms have lovely headboard, fans and windows with mosquito nets and shutters. Downstairs as well as upstairs there is a bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower. A new garden bedroom has been added adjacent to the pool area with a shower ensuite.


OUTSIDE SPACE

Doubtlessly you will spend most of your time outside. Therefore the outdoor space is set up to maximise your holiday experience. There is a big terrace along the front of the house with several seating areas. There are small tables to quietly read a book or have a glass of wine under the shade of olive trees. Or gather around one of the large tables with comfortable chairs for a summer lunch. There is an outdoor kitchen worktop with an exterior sink, as well as a barbeque and a fixed paella burner.

The pool measures 8 x 8 metres and has a grass lawn on two sides. There are 6 regular sunbeds, but also 2 luxury sun loungers with a low table and a bamboo wood double gazebo sunbed. There are pots with colourful flowers and aromatic plants all around. By night the exterior lighting comes on, transforming the place and giving it another magnificent look.
