VILLA CASA VIOLETA

Casa La Violeta is quite a find. Set in the woods just over a kilometre from the white village of Gaucín, this charming cottage has been lavished with care and attention. Well thought out for those on holiday, it comprises everything you would need - the owners even offer a free breakfast on your first morning at a bar in the village! Once here you will be tempted to return.

The village of Gaucín has plenty of bars, restaurants and shops and a medical centre. Ronda is a forty minute drive and the coast and beaches approximately 45 minutes.

Villa Details

HOUSE LAYOUT

The house has two bedrooms; the main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has twin beds. Each has an air-conditioning/heating unit. The bathroom with a bath/ shower lies between the two bedrooms. The sitting room, with satellite television, is surprisingly spacious for a small property and has two sofas set around the open fireplace. Logs are included if required. The kitchen/dining area has a hob, oven, fridge/freezer and microwave and a round table and four chairs.


OUTSIDE SPACE

To get to the house you take a magical drive through the trees and arrive at a small garden of Eden, filled with pots and flowers. There is also a small lawn and a pretty covered terrace where a dining table with six chairs is placed and some built in seating with lots of cushions.

The  swimming pool measures 7 x 4 metres to a depth of 1.3 metres. Four sun loungers are provided along with pool towels. There is a pool house which has large sliding patio doors. Inside the pool house has an electric 'plancha' or hotplate for cooking al fresco.
