VILLA FINCA ZARZAMORA

Finca Zarzamora is a delightful country house, well-built, spacious with much attention to detail. It is a beautifully designed property set in lawned grounds, planted with shrubs and trees for shade in the heat of the Andalucian summer. Inside, the house easily accommodates 10 people. Cooking for a large number of people is well catered for - however lunch or dinner can be provided on request by a chef.

The villa is located at only 10 minutes from the mountaintop city of Ronda. This town is built across the gorge of the Guadalevín River. The gorge is 40 meters wide and up to 120 metres deep and has 3 bridges that span it. Most noteworthy is the New Bridge, the biggest and most famous of the three bridges and an icon for the city of Ronda.

 

Villa Details

HOUSE LAYOUT

The sitting room is well proportioned, measuring 10 metres x 6 metres, has a lovely open fireplace and large comfortable sofas, tastefully decorated with English furniture. The kitchen/dining room is the hub of the house with a good quality range cooker, two fridge/freezers and dishwasher. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor with a double bed and a bathroom. French windows lead directly into the garden.

The other 4 bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom, with its own en suite bathroom, is huge and merits the description of five star accommodation. The bathroom has a large bath, separate shower and double basins. Two more bedrooms with double beds are also en suite. All these rooms have French windows that lead out onto the upstairs terrace which provides an excellent vantage point for views across the valley towards the Grazlalema National Park. The fifth bedroom has twin beds and is more suitable for children.


OUTSIDE SPACE

The swimming pool, with full filtration system is large, measuring 15 metres x 6 metres, enabling plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the sun and do some serious swimming as well. It is positioned alongside the terrace which borders the south side of the house. From the sitting room, there are three sets of French Windows leading onto the terrace - perfect for an early morning dip. Part of the terrace is covered with a large table set for al fresco dining.
